Has homeworking influenced commercial design? Is the office now a destination place for employees, and how can colour be used to positively impact mood? These are just some of the questions flooring manufacturer Amtico seeks to answer as part of its Young Designer Series.

During the Mix 30 Under 30 celebrations, Amtico caught up with Class of 2021’s Lewis Huff, Associate Director at tp bennett, to discover his thoughts on a range of topics; from designing offices for effective collaboration, to the psychology of colour. Lewis also reveals the changing aesthetics at big tech and banking firms as they become more adventurous to entice the next generation of students as part of the huge war on talent.

Watch the video to hear more about Lewis’s insights into the changing landscape of workplace design.
