Keoghs aquires 7,500 sq ft of workspace in London
The insurance-focused Top 50 law firm, which also has offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Southampton, Coventry and Glasgow, will move its 46 London-based staff into the fourth floor of Plantation Place South.
Keoghs has recently acquired almost 7,500 sq ft of workspace in London. The insurance-focused Top 50 law firm, which also has offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Southampton, Coventry and Glasgow, will move its 46 London-based staff into the fourth floor of Plantation Place South. Commercial real estate consultancy, OBI, acted for Keoghs on the acquisition, with the law firm having previously been based in managed workspace at Holland House in London.

We first opened in London in January 2017 and now have a headcount of 46 in the City, delivering products and services supporting insurers’ risks in areas including professional indemnity, reinsurance, healthcare, property and regulatory.’
OBI employs 32 people and provides advice to clients across its multi-discipline services, which include leasing investment, office acquisitions, business relocations, interiors design and project management.
