April 2020: Issue 203

In this issue

Issue 203 features our latest Mix Roundtable on the topic of happiness: is there now an obligation on business leaders to create a feeling of happiness within the workplace? The April issue also features our annual tech report, the latest opinions and interviews on the effects of the current Covid-19 crisis, and much more. Each one of our covers is unique – including our logo. We hand over the reins to a different designer each month, making our print magazines a work of art in themselves.

Designer

DV8 were inspired by Camira’s contribution to sustainably. Using the logo within the woven yarn, as an indication of the plastic debris, helps to highlight the unnatural affiliation and emphasise the important process this fabric has been through to aid in preserving nature and evolving the unnatural waste into a product with another useful purpose.

Manufacturer

Woven entirely from recycled plastic taken from the sea and rescued from the land, Oceanic is a fabric born of the SEAQUAL Initiative to achieve a waste free environment. Camira's first textile to contain plastic marine waste, each metre contains the equivalent of 26 plastic bottles. Contemporary and striking, Oceanic is a recycled polyester with a purpose.
