The year that was: Our most read projects of 2024
As another design-packed year comes to a close, we celebrate the most read projects over the last 12 months.
In this issue, we discuss what could be learned from 2018 (Brexit free-zone), look at our own fabulous Mix Interiors office space and much more. Each one of our covers is unique – including our logo. We hand over the reins to a different designer each month, making our print magazines a work of art in themselves.
What is the future? It is inevitably the combination of the digital and the physical as more and more of our lives open up to augmented reality. How technology is incorporated into interior environments is yet to be seen, but it will happen more and more.
'Cage' came about from one simple principle - make a storage system that's infinitely flexible, but solid as a rock. Hand-finished steel cubes can host any combination of shelves, boxes and insets in a myriad of custom colours. Finally, a stylish way to get all that 'stuff' in order.
