The year that was: Our most read projects of 2024
As another design-packed year comes to a close, we celebrate the most read projects over the last 12 months.
BDP is different. Our unique position as a collective with experts spanning the spectrum of the built environment gives us a special status and capability in the design world.
BDP is an integrated design practice, with collaborative ethos. We bring together the talents from many disciplines to create places for people to inhabit, work in and be inspired by.
The dynamic of the 21st century and the momentum of an international world directs us to create places that are meaningful, harmonise our polyglot cities, regenerate communities, create sustainable environments and stimulate
human interaction.
The culture of BDP reflects its founding ethos as an integration of designers, whose collective design efforts will improve the lives of others and through that, our own lives. We design many different kinds of environments, from buildings to trade and create commerce in, learn in, live in, spend leisure time in and for well-being and recovery.
At the heart of this endeavour is the pursuit of design integrity, a core value that informs every aspect of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. Design integrity symbolises the clarity of our purpose – that of the highly skilled conception, creation, and execution of plans for great buildings and spaces; and the benefits that flow to our clients – through a product that embodies soundness, completeness and unity.
