Workshop Design Studio – J’adore Models HQ Ancoats, Manchester

Mixology North22 Project of the Year Finalist: Sub 5k sq ft

Project Team

  • TecCre8

Manchester-based agency J’adore Models sought a high impact environment that matched the calibre of its clients’ offices, while creating a space that excites, enhancing wellbeing and helping recruit the best talent. The existing 3735 sq ft ground floor Ancoats property called for substantial building reparations and new front- and back-of-house entrances to create a perfect interior canvas for its team of twenty.

Front-of-house department comprises a co-working environment, visitor meeting space and creative café with a welcoming reception, while the private back-of-house space has allowed the two functions of the business to operate independently.

According to the studio, the inspired aesthetic for the workspace was “spacious and relaxed with a New York loft, industrial vibe”, punctuated by natural interventions, from planting and timber to natural materials such as wicker and rattan. J’adore Models had a distinct brand identity, with a strong combination of black and fuchsia pink neon, and it was important that the interior and the brand identity merged seamlessly.
