Workplace Creations delivered a 27,000 sq ft UK headquarters for a global private equity firm in Mayfair, providing a smooth transition from their temporary office. The project combines a high-quality front-of-house with a flexible, multi-functional workspace designed to support future growth. Building on a previous collaboration, the design retains a sense of warmth and quality while introducing greater adaptability. Features include private offices, open-plan desking, support areas, and a reconfigurable meeting suite with a complex folding wall system. 79% of the client’s previous furniture was retained, while the remaining 21% was carefully selected for longevity and sustainability credentials.
