Minthis, the flagship luxury lifestyle resort by renowned Cypriot developer Pafilia, is a resort-style development located in a breathtaking hillside setting within a protected natural landscape. Woods Bagot has delivered the masterplanning, architecture, interior design and branding services to create a truly unique wellness retreat. Minthis offers a commitment to place and culture, and as luxury evolves to steadfastly include sustainability and preservation, the high level of considered design displays a level of storytelling that surpasses escape to reach experience.

Influenced by the inherent beauty of the site, the area’s rich heritage and the availability of abundant sunshine, the masterplan has been carefully designed to preserve and enhance the surrounding natural features, minimise intervention and maximise views. The works include a major upgrade of an existing golf course and 12th Century monastery and the creation of 44 residential villas, a contemporary clubhouse, a wellness spa with a pool and a village centre comprising restaurants, bars and retail stores. From the Aroma and Finnish Saunas to the ice fountain and experience shower, world-class wellness is everywhere ready to restore, rebalance and reconnect guests and visitors to nature.
