St. James’ Place partnered with TSK to transform two traditionally siloed locations into a cohesive, innovative space in the heart of Manchester. TSK created a unique design that reflects the brand’s identity and national office portfolio, while also paying homage to the city’s distinctive character by incorporating the colours and textures of local clays and stones. This newly unified location helps employees to thrive in their hybrid roles, with zone-based settings for collaborative work, focused time, social connection and private meetings. Strategic space planning also provides enhanced energy efficiency and great natural light flow for improved employee wellbeing and productivity, while a first-class front-of-house area offers clients a welcoming, sophisticated arrival experience.
