BT tasked tp bennett with revamping the current North Tyneside building with state-of-the-art technology and facilities, housing 1,500 EE workers. In the new workspace, staff operate the phones for BT’s mobile network, EE, and will be part of the telecom giant’s largest call centre in the UK.
BT’s vision was to create a workspace that is identifiably BT, reflects the local values, cultures and ways of working to bring out the best in their colleagues and create a real sense of community as ‘one BT’.
The new working environment had to support BT’s desire to offer the best customer experience, and offer a flexible and truly unique workspace that is representative of a fast-paced workforce that nurtures employee wellbeing.
