L14 team space is a ‘test and learn’ for HSBC’s Future of Work. A new destination for teams to come together, leveraging the latest tech and furniture to provide a fully flexible and reconfigurable space that bridges the in- person with the remote experience.
HSBC’s vision for L14 was to create a space that energises teams, encourages them to grow and provides freedom for the teams that book the space.
tp bennett created 3 zones in one space, dedicated VC anchor each end with then a central flex zone that can be fully reconfigured, adapted to suit the different teams sizes and activities. The look and feel journey started with 3 words, Energy, Growth and Freedom. Craving to be different to any other space in the 8 Canada Square, the desired look and feel direction was for a lighter, brighter, refined industrial and urban feel.
