Redefining sustainable commercial office developments in Yorkshire, 11 & 12 Wellington Place is one of the most energy efficient buildings in Leeds and the first development outside of London to achieve a NABERS design reviewed target rating of five stars. With the buildings fully let, the business lounge in 12 Wellington Place creates a multifunctional space for tenants, offering an environment to comfortably host visitors, collaborate and work for short periods of time.

Building on the building’s leading sustainability credentials, recycled and healthy materials have been selected, offering improved occupier wellbeing for tenants and visitors to the lounge. Complementing the space, the lounge carefully integrates chosen scents and music to create a calming and inviting atmosphere. The blend of sandalwood for mental stability, bergamot for relaxation and citrus for mood enhancement contributes to a productive environment. Lo-Fi music that takes inspiration from classical, nature, and ambient sounds form a steady beat offering a cocoon-like background white noise to enhance focus and relaxation.
