THDP – Venice Luxury Apartments

Mixology23 Project of the Year: Living

Project Team

  • Concreta, Miniforms, Cantori, Vibieffe, Fenix, Les Ottomans, Rubelli, Florim

The goal of this THDP project, which completely renovated and redesigned 12 luxury apartments, was to create a place that stimulates the curious traveller who wants to go in search of the architectural and decorative cues that are present in the existing building

The apartments consist of a hallway at the entrance, a living room/kitchen area consisting of a single room, an internal distribution hallway, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Most of them enjoy a breath-taking view of one of the most majestic canals in Venice, the Canale De La Fava, onto which all the main rooms overlook.

A classic style runs through the living room, blending with contemporary accents and neutral colours of mustard and gold with green accents. For the furnishings, the project offers a selection of ‘Made in Italy’ designs by companies mostly from the Veneto or the local area (Miniforms, Cantori and Vibieffe). The finishes of the room recall the colours of Venice’s waters, contrasted by the rust that is created on the metal portals due to corrosion in contact with sea water.
