Completed by SPACE, the 50,000 sq ft fit-out in Guildford delivers a modern, adaptable workspace for a private client. Standout features include a central atrium with a large AV wall, a collaborative area known as u2018The Attic’, and the innovative u2018Floating Library’. The office is designed to support 250 employees, with directors’ offices, meeting rooms, training spaces, and breakout areas that encourage flexibility and collaboration. Sustainable, durable materials, energy-efficient systems, and inclusive design features ensure the space is both environmentally responsible and accessible, ready to support future business needs.
