SODA Studio – Courier Media HQ, London

Mixology23 Project of the Year: Workplace Interiors 5-15k sq ft

Project Team

  • Parkeray, Courier Media, EEP, Emma Archer , Byform, Solus, Grestec, Gravity, Solacir, Lintex, Kvadrat, Forbo, Corian, Tretford Carpets, Foresso, Takt, Knoll, Ligne Roset, Buchnanan Studio, Frama CPH, Objekto, Nooma, Menu, &Tradition, Mass Productions, Established & Sons

A new workspace has been created for Courier Media, the media brand dedicated to a new generation of entrepreneurs, providing tools, skills and stories of innovative small businesses from around the world. Courier are storytellers. Therefore, the zoning and design of the space was designed to reveal the process behind telling Courier’s stories.

Wherever possible, SODA used renewable or renewed materials such as wood, Tretford carpet (goats hair) and Foresso (surface made of recycled timber chips and therefore low carbon) and also managed to repurpose the raised access floor from another building.
