Situated at the heart of Liverpool John Moores University campus, Copperas Hill forms the focal point of the Estates Masterplan and will be the first Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) development that people encounter when approaching from the city centre and Liverpool Lime Street Station. The five-storey Student Life Building is a hub for students with interior spaces now benefitting from a series of bespoke fixed furniture, timber joinery pods, meeting rooms, benches and seating areas. The overall effect of pods and booths in the large, double-height space is akin to a bustling ‘marketplace’. 

The interconnected £65m building will bring together a mix of social and flexible work settings by linking the Student Life Building and Sports Building, resulting in a range of learning, teaching, sports and student services facilities.
