Design Tonic, Kinrise
Appointed for its third design project by recruitment firm Charlton Morris, ruCREATIVE was briefed to create a 10,000 sq ft hybrid workspace on the fourth floor at 34 Boar Lane in Leeds. During a period of successful growth for the firm, the vision for this project was to match this sentiment while further enhancing Charlton Morris’ culture of collaboration. This has been achieved by enriching the experience for employees in the newly renovated meeting spaces and phone booths through an added ‘Zen’ room and large central bar which overlooks the city’s railway station. The aesthetic and design elements of the interior work in harmony to bring a fresh and mindful experience in a world of flexible working, while carefully curating colour schemes and selection of materials to create a strong visual identity for Charlton Morris.
