XTX Markets found its home in Kingu0092s Cross in 2018 in a space designed and built by Peldon Rose, and has experienced astonishing growth and success since. To reflect this growth and expansion, the latest iteration of its workplace (again completed in partnership with Peldon Rose) is the pinnacle of functionality, employee experience and brand expression. XTX Markets is a FinTech pioneer, and the brand applies this to its workplace philosophy through daring innovation, integrated technology and cutting-edge invention, to deliver an exceptional workplace for its people.

Already occupying a BREEAM Outstanding building, the latest iteration of XTXu0092s workplace adhered to and exceeded best practice sustainable fit-out processes, committing to zero waste to landfill and utilising FSC Certified wood throughout. Additionally, the entire office is powered by renewable energy, and XTX has pledged to remove individual employeesu0092 carbon emissions by 16 tonnes of CO2, per employee, per year. Inside, interactive lighting from Jason Bruges responds to movement and follows the user as they journey through the space, simultaneously operating as wayfinding, while more sci-fi-inspired additions include in-built AI programmes and LED screens enabling staff to create interactive art collages.
