OBI – Arrive: Blue Tower, Salford

Designed by OBI, The Arrive scheme at Blue Tower is an ideal example of how a workspace can be both mature and elegant. From the outset the client wanted to have the same atmosphere as a boutique hotel, located within Salford Quay’s Media City. OBI has achieved this via a careful specification of lighting, finishes and furniture. A strong, thoughtful design has been intrinsically carried across the whole space, from the welcoming reception to the LED lighting positioned behind the mirrors in the WCs.

There was a strong focus on reusing as much of the existing fit-out as possible to meet the client’s environmental requirements. OBI successfully achieved this, with suites of varying sizes included throughout the scheme to allow tenants to grow and downsize as they feel necessary.

The success of this design has encouraged the client to carry on progressing the Arrive scheme in locations outside Media City, including Glasgow and Liverpool.
