Morgan Lovell, in collaboration with Elizabeth Stuart and HTA Design, delivered Greystar’s new European headquarters within heritage building The Gilbert, thoughtfully blending global brand consistency with local character. The workspace was designed to attract and retain top talent through a refined, distinct environment, with key features including a grand reception with a crystal chandelier and feature staircase, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and open-plan, acoustically treated workspaces. The design preserves and showcases The Gilbert’s original architecture, including high ceilings and historic windows, creating a harmonious balance of functionality, elegance, and heritage.
