Morgan Lovell

Mixology23 Design Practice of the Year – Over 50 Employees

Morgan Lovell has completed over 70 projects in the last year, obtaining high customer experience scores averaging 9.25 out of 10 across the board. Highlights for Morgan Lovell in 2022-23 include their southern office completing a refurbishment of Campus Reading, a 250,000 sq ft space that has transformed the future of work. The CAT A+ space is now being let in various areas of which we are a part of completing various fit outs.

From an environmental perspective, the past year saw the practice introduce Carbonica, a unique software system developed by them to monitor the amount of carbon their sites produce. Elsewhere, the firm managed to recycle 90% of its fit-out waste by working closely with their supply chain to adapt working styles and materials to lower their carbon footprint, and has started a partnership with Bleinheim Estate to plant thousands of trees, as well as the Laikyn Heath Wetlands.

Collectively, Morgan Lovell have shown their commitment to supporting the next generation in business by hiring graduates, a number of junior roles with room for progression, as well as student placement years and apprenticeships. The firm aims to hire five new graduates in a number of roles in 2023.
