MoreySmith was commissioned by European investors REVCAP to create a contemporary, design-led HQ in the heart of Fitzrovia that would house their growing team.

The space is arranged over two floors, the lower comprising of work settings for the individual, and the upper for the group. Central to these floors is an aesthetically contrasting staircase of raw hot rolled mild steel and refined handstitched leather. This encourages chance encounters between the team and initiates movement across floors to counter the often sedentary environment of workplaces.

Due to the buildings position, the floors are filled with an abundance of natural light, which the design was consciously shaped around to maximise user wellbeing. Galvanised steel framed partitions add acoustic separation between areas whilst simultaneously allowing light to spill through the space. Further enhancing user wellbeing, are the exercise room and the terrace, which adjoin the dedicated informal collaboration space.
