Modus Workspace’s Sapient Project is a triumph of sustainable luxury in office design. As a certified B Corporation, Modus wove eco-consciousness into every phase, with sister company Platfform enhancing the design with recycled furniture. This ethos extended to the refurbishment of additional floors acquired by Sapient, where creativity flourished through the reclamation of materials, aligning with Modus’ waste-reduction mantra. Central to the project was the active participation of Sapient’s team, ensuring an unrestricted design narrative across new collaborative spaces, including a serene library and lively barista bar.
The result is a workspace that embodies environmental, economic, and social sustainability, setting a new standard for office interiors. Central to the design is its agility, catering to a multi-generational workforce by allowing spaces to evolve based on individual and collective needs. This flexibility fosters an environment where innovative solutions can emerge organically, supporting Sapient’s growth. Modus’ approach to the Sapient Project has crafted a workspace that not only anticipates the future needs of dynamic businesses but also champions a sustainable ethos, fostering a community of innovation and well-being within its walls.
