MF Design Studio – Confidential Project Mayfair

Mixology23 Project of the Year: Workplace Interiors 5-15k sq ft

Renovation of historical building in prominent location of London Mayfair revealed numerous of design opportunities and challenges. MF Design respected the building structure and its irregular grid; adding layers of services and negotiating low ceiling heights before coming up with pragmatic, rational yet unique design.

All architectural features were designed as a response to an architectural challenge, pushing the design team’s creativity to its limit to come up with this unique, elegant and functional solution that responds to the brief and also to the client requirements while overcoming services challenges.

Minimal design with a selection of raw materials injecting natural textures and colours; such as stone, timber, metal and concrete. The history of the building is revealed through exposing some of the original features of the building. Careful selection of decorative lighting, art, plants and accessories to compliment the space and create a unique experience he minute you enter the space.
