M Moser’s self-designed London Living Lab redefines workplace functionality and hospitality by promoting focus, collaboration and employee experience. Internal change champions drive inclusivity and engagement, while employee insights, supported by smart technology, continuously refine spatial typologies over a decade. Notable outcomes include improved productivity (82%), greater sense of welcome (81%) and enhanced collaboration effectiveness (90%). Sustainability underpins the design through reused materials and low-carbon choices, establishing the studio as a benchmark for adaptive, sustainable, high-performance work environments.
