M Moser’s collaboration with Condé Nast France for the design and relocation of their new Parisian office exemplifies innovation and sophistication. Navigating Paris’s competitive real estate market, M Moser successfully orchestrated the transition of Condé Nast France’s editorial, commercial, and cross-functional teams into a connected 26,000 sq ft workplace. The design concept seamlessly embodies the brand’s elegance and timelessness, paying homage to its prestigious legacy. Inspired by a fashion house, the design infuses residential styling into a professional setting, creating an environment conducive to creativity and collaboration.
By selecting a classic Haussmann building and incorporating original features, M Moser minimised environmental impact while preserving the cultural heritage of the space, and also curated experiential elements such as the gallery hallway and fashion closet. One of the project’s most innovative aspects is on the ground floor, visible from street level, and serves as a creative showcase, drawing visitors into the space. Inside, carefully curated displays of iconic photography in ‘Le vestibule’ make a powerful first impression, setting the stage for a dynamic and engaging workplace experience. Amenities like the central video suite and ‘le dressing’ offer immersive opportunities for collaboration and interaction, further enhancing the office’s functionality and appeal.
