A 17th Century, Grade 2 listed barn set in the grounds of Binham Priory looking out over the dairy cows who supply the milk & cream for its food and drinks is The Parlour. A cafe and tea room constructed using stone from the ruins of the priory, it was important that the interior reflected the exterior and its surroundings and that the two work in harmony with one another. The cafe connects both to the priory and to the dairy from which it is supplied and its’ main aim is to employ local people and to supply local products.
