In the heart of the Oxford to Cambridge Arc, Milton Keynes, contemporary and inspiring workspaces have been created within a new landmark building, Unity Place – home to Santander UK who occupy levels 4 –7. Designed by LOM architecture and design and managed by x+why, a 6,000 sqm co-working floor on Level 2 welcomes digital start-ups and creatives, together with specialised shared learning spaces for MK University students – cultivating a dynamic and inspirational mix of users.

The x+why spaces have capacity for up to 1,200 members offering space for single occupants all the way through to Enterprise Suites for up to 90. This supports a multifaceted community of change makers in a sustainably designed workspace to enhance wellbeing and collaboration. Alongside social spaces, bookable meeting rooms, mission rooms, and phone booths, users have access to an expansive food-market, auditorium, bank, retail spaces, community hall, rooftop restaurant, and health suite.
