Unity Place by LOM architecture and design is a new, mixed-use collaboration campus for Santander UK. This paradigm-shifting, corporate headquarters has been designed as a landmark destination for up to 6,000 Santander colleagues across six bright and flexible floorplates, providing inspirational settings for agile, non-territorial workspace and interiors. Collaboration is encouraged among all building occupiers with a vibrant 6,000 sqm co-working floor managed by x+why, targeting digital start-ups and creatives, while MK University share specialised learning spaces for students.

Unity Place welcomes the public inside, curating an experience for all. Visitors and workers can use and enjoy an expansive food-market, auditorium, bank, retail spaces, community hall, rooftop restaurant, and health suite. This has all been delivered through Osborne + Co‘s unique ‘Build to Suit’ procurement route, with exceptional value for money, benchmarked well below the cost of equivalent projects. A contactless grocery store with onsite bakery will provide local provisions while unsold bread will be used by ‘Toast’ to brew beer on site creating a beautiful circular economy.
