Liqui Group – Sika UK, Hertfordshire

This design for Sika’s headquarters is focused on flexibility and well-being. Its object is to improve staff retention and attract new talent. The office environment has to cater for both office work and remote work. Spaces for hot desks, private meeting spaces, flexible spaces, creative and collaborative spaces were a key focus with an equal focus on improved connectivity through digital infrastructure.

The interior design has to stand the test of time as over the next decade the aesthetic style and functionality of the office will be used as the datum for the continued roll out to other Sika office locations. The overall feel of the space is one that lifts people’s well-being through human-centric design and creates an environment where people want to come, work and spend time.
