With the emerging popularity of the Co-Living sector in its relative infancy in the UK. KKA welcomed the opportunity to design the interior for Folk at Florence Dock, Battersea. The ambition was to set a new standard for renting, one centred around the needs of people today. Representative of Folk’s core brand values: Connection, Convenience, Comfort & Contribution. The design narrative placed particular emphasis on arrangement of space, surrounding context and carefully selected materiality. Every space is filled with opportunities, nurturing the meeting of people and providing extraordinary living every day.
