The New Victoria development consists of two tall residential tower blocks, providing 520 new homes over two 27 and 22 storeys, alongside ground-floor retails and public realm u2013 right in the heart of the city. Kibre’s focus as the FF&E designers, was to create a strong identity for the client with a warm and inviting interior, where residents could feel at home while also wanting to converse and socialise with one another. With the interior design done by Assael, the two companies had to work together to create a welcoming and social atmosphere that not only enhances the overall experience for residents, but also helps build a community within the designed environment.
