Taking inspiration from fabulous alpine regions and the Munich Bier Halls, the Bavarian ‘party palace’ of Alberts Schloss has been brought to Birmingham following the success of Mission Mars’ original site in Manchester.
Set across two floors offering three bars, it’s Cook Haus serves up a rich and indulgent Alpine-inspired Menu serviced from an open kitchen at the rear.
An open fire greets you upon arrival and the main bar is the focal point with its stacked copper tanks of fresh Pilsner Bier, along with the stage which provides live entertainment seven days a week. Exclusive to Birmingham is Ludwig’s Tavern Bar, which is home to a Schnapps bar, shuffleboard and ski lodge board games along with an impressive mezzanine balcony space with prime view over all of the action.
