IOR Group – Until Liverpool Street, London

Mixology23 Project of the Year: Bar and Leisure

Project Team

  • Harley Haddow / IOR Group, Forza, Synergy, Vecta, Karndean, Forbo , MicroPro Medium Microcement, Valchromat, Salto, Daikin, Aermec, Hay, Muuto, Arper, Ferm Living,

Designed to be London’s best holistic health and wellbeing facility, Until Liverpool Street is made for freelance trainers, treatment professionals, therapists, and coaches. The space has been designed to be modern, slick, confident with the perfect mix of comfort and function. Despite its relatively compact size, no space has gone to waste, requiring sophisticated coordination of M&E services – robust and yet sustainable through waste management and finishes. Experience is paramount to the design; each space provides the right ambience and correlates with the facilities and services offered. The gym is high intensity and energised through lighting, the clubhouse is also energised but comfortable and calming in equal measure. Thresholds play a key part to the experience whether it’s the darkened stairs down to the basement or the light and airy Barrisol-lit members lounge that defies the fact it is in a basement.
