Adopting a people-centric ethos, Incognito has been quietly evolving in a controlled and sustainable way that puts quality of service, design and a good work/life balance for our designers at the centre of everything it does. In the past twelve months, the business has grown its team, engaged with and supported Manchester Metropolitan University’s interior design undergraduate programme, invested in a new Manchester city centre workspace and embarked on a brand and service review with key clients and industry partners, including KraftHeinz, Nestle and AstraZeneca. This year, the practice has also expanded into new sectors in residential, hospitality and retail, from Cert at Peelers Yard and YotelPad in London to a new showroom for Solus in Manchester.
