In 2022 Equifax approached Incognito to develop its new Nottingham office, to re-engage with staff and ensure the provision of an innovative and inspiring workspace. The project was taken from concept to full design in just four weeks, and was delivered on time and within budget with zero complications u2013 a testament to the design and delivery teams’ approach to using local supply chains and rigorous attention to detail.

The new office, which is located within CEG’s EastWest Building, opened to 300 employees in August 2023, and saw the refurbishment of the 5th floor of a classic 1970’s commercial property into a modern, dynamic, neurodiverse workspace.

Improvements to glazing, lighting, heating and ventilation have significantly improved the buildings energy consumption and the works are set to reduce the company’s overall usage in Nottingham by more than 50%. The project is also expected to achieve a Gold WELL Building Standard Certification.
