Our team conducts major technical due diligence work, leveraging our expertise to shape pre-let agreements for clients undertaking large-scale city moves. This involves intricate processes like cutting, carving, and adding holes to buildings, shaping base builds to suit our clients’ needs as the buildings come out of the ground.
ID:SR’s success is driven by strong client relationships and our dedication to delivering excellence, some spanning nearly 20 years, who trust us to shape their entire property strategy. A prime example includes our collaboration with the BBC, who we have worked in partnership with to shape their workplace strategy since 2007. This includes the integration of our dedicated graphics team into the design process to develop wayfinding and graphics that support neurodiverse strategies.
Since appointing our new head of sustainability in 2022, our internal sustainability group has grown significantly. This has vastly increased collaboration and knowledge-sharing across our offices and allowed us to push forward faster with pursuing net zero carbon goals.
