Despite the uncertainty resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, HLW continues to grow. HLW is proud of the way the firm has worked together, with no redundancies or furloughs, throughout the past two years. HLW increased its staff by 15%, embraced hybrid working, won several new projects, and successfully delivered on existing ones in the past 12 months.
Within the last year, HLW launched ‘BEYOND’, a dedicated team of environmental, sustainability, and built environment experts, whose mission is to create places that are both sustainable and resilient. As well as having the ability to assist clients seeking LEED, WELL, Just, BREEAM, Fitwel, etc. accreditation, BEYOND also creates bespoke strategies that support cutting-edge environmental goals, like decarbonisation.
