A state-of-the-art new head office for Pernod Ricard in the UK, based in Chiswick, bringing three different businesses together under the same roof for the first time.
The design brief included an increased focus on sustainability, resolving ways to implement a reduced footprint whilst also promoting the positive change in how the teams were to use their space moving forward. This included designing new work areas, brand zones, communal and “heart” zones – all to encourage teams to share and innovate as one.
To encourage movement and ‘conviviality’ throughout the building, social hubs (including a bar serving Pernod Ricard products) have been strategically placed in combination with a connecting feature staircase. The workplace brings Pernod Ricard’s values to life and conveys them to their employees, partners, and visitors.
The client, contractor and consultant team are proud to have achieved a 3 Star Fitwel certification for the office – the highest possible category.
