On return to the company’s historic origins where Charles Rolls and Henry Royce first met in 1904, Rolls-Royce SMR has implemented a novel approach to the workplace that promotes agile working and focuses on employee well-being – innovation found in the heart of their new Hub office at 11 York Street. The design delivers 11,600 sq. ft of innovative office space, with a variety of flexible spaces to foster collaboration with intuitive technology, alongside large staff social areas and spaces to showcase and entertain clients, shareholders, and investors. The project operates alongside Rolls-Royce SMR’s existing locations in Warrington and Derby and is designed to support the company’s ambitions of hiring 850 new employees by the end of 2024.
