The Living Lab is an innovative office concept that reflects Hilson Moran’s commitment to sustainability, collaboration and innovation. Created by Gensler, ISG, Turner & Townsend Alinea and Hilson Moran’s own engineers, the space embodies the company’s values of people, places and planet. Designed for long-term growth and flexibility, it integrates accessible mechanical, electrical, lighting and smart systems. Services are celebrated, promoting a dynamic environment where technology and design intersect. Targeting BREEAM RFO 2014 Excellent and WELL V2 Platinum, the office features biophilic elements and sustainable materials.
