With signature hospitality, a community of members and a re-energising wellness offer, the Fora experience strives to take the grind out of daily work-life so members can focus on what’s important to them. Designed by Hassell, the new Fora is a complement to the Blue Fin Building, an award-winning office adjacent to Bankside’s Tate Modern. With private offices to accommodate 12-250 people and a collection of settings, including meeting rooms, phone booths, lounge spaces and an event space, these feature amenities are also available to occupiers of the wider building to enhance their working day.

Culture-rich Bankside is a magnet for independent minds. Conceptual drivers informed the workspace; in the openness of communal areas, hospitality-driven spaces and gestures to the arches of the nearby rail tracks. The art-infused space nurtures wellbeing, creating an environment where people feel welcome, comfortable and inspired. To optimise operational efficiency, the design focuses on multifunctional communal spaces that can serve various purposes, from seminars to social gatherings, dining, or cocktail events. Additionally, it offers the flexibility for customers to bring in their own catering and furniture for events, supported by dedicated pantry and storage spaces, ensuring a seamless experience.
