The past 12 months at MLA have been one of the most exciting years in the company’s recent history. The business has experienced its best financial year to date, with the highest fee revenue, up 4% from last year despite a turbulent year for businesses in the UK. Alongside this successes, they have proudly extended their practice into NW of England and opened a new Manchester studio with Director, Stevie Leigh. This office is already proving to be a success evidenced by the projects secured in this region within the last few months. Michael Laird’s work within the workplace sector is thriving, delivering the fit-out of Haymarket 4 & 5 for Baillie Gifford, the refurbishment of Alexander Bain House and Riverside Tower for BT and One Spinningfields Square for NatWest Group.
