Mixology North23: Design Practice of the Year – Over 50 Employees

Words courtesy of design practice:
ID:SR is known for sustainability, securing client relationships, and employee wellbeing. They create aspirational, innovative spaces and ecosystems that foster creativity and collaboration. With a team of 72, they boast a 75% repeat business rate and have embarked on 55 projects in the past year. Here they have guided clients including BBC, Eversheds and BT through transitions. It is these strong client relationships that underpin ID:SR’s success. Sustainability is a key focus, whether refurbished or a new build, with the Ev0 Building, Manchester, leading the way in achieving net-zero carbon status. Likewise, innovation is central to ID:SR’s approach, with initiatives like the embodied carbon calculator and the S|E|E|D training series promoting sustainability. Employee wellbeing is prioritised through mental health support and dedicated Mental Health First Aiders. Recent expansion into the private healthcare sector demonstrates ID:SR’s adaptability and expertise in setting new standards in healthcare design and taking on new challenges.
