TOCA Social at the Bullring in Birmingham is a cutting-edge football entertainment and hospitality venue. Transforming a former Debenhams, Gensler’s design provides a multi-sensory experience centred on football but designed to appeal to all, regardless of ability or interest in the sport. The venue features 23 AR-enhanced pitches, an immersive tunnel and various inclusive social spaces like step-free seating and VIP areas. The Midfield Bar serves as the focal point, surrounded by dynamic spaces for dining, gaming and events. Gensler’s design ensures TOCA Social offers a unique, inclusive leisure experience while revitalising a key city location.
