Edelman, a renowned global PR firm, embarked on a groundbreaking project in partnership with Gensler to create an innovative workspace that fosters a thriving culture centred on people, community, and purpose – one that solidifies Edelman’s position as an industry leader. ‘Francis House,’ a repurposed London warehouse, is a transformational space spanning 45,000 sq ft, designed to be a vibrant village where creativity, collaboration, and client engagement converge. The renovation showcases a commitment to sustainability, preserving the building’s historic charm while infusing it with modern, biophilic-inspired design elements.
The layout of Francis House reflects the company’s core values and the spirit of London, offering a variety of workspaces to accommodate diverse workstyles and encourage serendipitous interactions. Each floor boasts a distinct identity, from high-energy zones to creative havens. Francis House represents a paradigm shift in workspace design, setting the standard for the office of the future.
