Embracing the ethos of “”Soho Sophisticate,”” the design seamlessly blends the upscale charm of the neighbourhood with a global professional outlook. Through intentional decisions, including Barrisol mirrored ceilings, inventive lighting, and distinctive architectural features, the workspace becomes a vibrant nexus infused with the dynamic spirit of Soho. This innovative approach not only reinforces a sense of place but also reflects a strategic integration of elements that uplift the work environment, fostering both a unique identity and a global sensibility.
Achieving BREEAM Outstanding certification, the design exemplifies a holistic approach encompassing environmental, economic, and social dimensions. The integration of data-driven space planning with sensors also showcases Gensler’s commitment to innovation in adapting to the evolving needs of the workforce.
