“Text provided by Gensler

Gensler’s visionary design for 1 Soho Place, the London headquarters of a leading financial firm, skilfully unifies two distinct locations, cultivating collaboration and a cohesive identity for 400 employees. Embracing the ethos of “”Soho Sophisticate,”” the design seamlessly blends the upscale charm of the neighbourhood with a global professional outlook. Through intentional decisions, including Barrisol mirrored ceilings, inventive lighting, and distinctive architectural features, the workspace becomes a vibrant nexus infused with the dynamic spirit of Soho. This innovative approach not only reinforces a sense of place but also reflects a strategic integration of elements that uplift the work environment, fostering both a unique identity and a global sensibility.

Achieving BREEAM Outstanding certification, the design exemplifies a holistic approach encompassing environmental, economic, and social dimensions. The integration of data-driven space planning with sensors also showcases Gensler’s commitment to innovation in adapting to the evolving needs of the workforce. This advanced approach ensures the office remains flexible and responsive, aligning with the demands of a modern and dynamic business landscape.”
