Created by Mac Stopa is the latest in Forbo Flooring Systems’ range of flooring solutions, curated by the industry’s most prominent designers.
Consisting of graphical and expressive designs, which are printed onto Forbo’s Flotex flocked flooring using high-definition printing techniques, the collection allows specifiers to create strong and aspirational spaces.
The manufacturing process of Forbo’s Mac Stopa collection follows the four design principles of reduce, reuse, recycle and renew:
- Reduce – With a minimum order quantity of 6m2 exact quantities of flooring can be ordered, therefore reducing excess waste.
- Reuse – All samples of Flotex can be returned, allowing them to be reused or even recycled via Forbo’s Back to the Floor scheme.
- Recycle – Installation waste can be recycled at Forbo’s Ripley factory and then re-used for other Flotex products.
- Renew – Flotex Sheet is manufactured at facilities using 100% renewable electricity and Forbo’s production sites are part of an effective and ISO 14001 accredited environmental management system.
