Words courtesy of design practice:

Faber and Company designed The Rosarium, a restaurant to sit alongside the Olivier nominated immersive show, Alice’s Adventures Underground. Located within The Sidings, a new retail and leisure zone underneath Waterloo Station, the restaurant caters to visitors to the show and also the general public. The brief was to create a standalone restaurant that’s a nod to the world of Alice, but without being too overt. The design draws inspiration from the quintessential English gardens of the Lewis Carroll era, dividing the space into three separate ‘gardens’ – The Terrace, The Glass House and The Secret Garden. The washrooms are ‘The Pond’.
