EGGER is a leading global manufacturer of wood-based materials for the interiors, furniture and construction industries. EGGER (UK) is part of the EGGER Group, which operates 22 plants and has 11,000 employees worldwide. EGGER (UK) operates two plants in Northumberland and East Ayrshire. It has an 800 strong team across two plants and its subsidiary companies EGGER Timberpak, EGGER Campact and EGGER Forestry. EGGER manufactures a comprehensive product portfolio including decorative wood-based panels, decorative flooring and structural flooring for interior architecture and furniture. EGGER is founded on the environmentally driven ethos of wood being much too valuable to throw away and diverts waste wood material from landfill or biomass into a marketable product that is 100% recyclable. EGGER UK donated £343,000 to local charities and causes and has invested £345m into its UK recycling operations from 2022.
